In Microsoft Outlook 2016 for Mac or Outlook for Mac 2011, you cannot accept a New Time Proposal from an attendee. The New Time Proposed email message displays one of the following messages: has tentatively accepted, but proposed that you change the meeting time and then send an update. If you use Outlook 2010 to manage your time, you have to make sure that you customize it to your work schedule. Select two or more calendars. This will open the Side by Side view.
Click on the arrow next to the calendar's name to move it on top of the calendar that is immediately to the left. Repeat for any other calendars you would like to overlay. To remove calendars from overlay, click the arrows that now point to the right along the top of the viewed calendars.
